ComnetSolutions assisted Ministry of Sound Singapore in developing an internal Guest List system to ease certain aspects of Operations. MOS had over 10 marketing staffs who had guests every night of operation. The Front reception staff had to be informed everyday about these guests to be put on the guest list. The marketing staffs also had reservations of tables to be made for their guests. It was essentially a phone and paper operation until this system was developed to ease this section of operations. ComnetSolutions effectively developed this system to allow visual reservations of tables and to allow Marketing Staff to enter their guest list through it. We also integrated the entire system with an SMS server to allow guest and staff to be notified by SMS.
