ComnetSolutions was contracted on a year’s contract to assist Times Publishing with the sending and tracking of their EDMS to their consumer database for Pacific Bookstores. ComnetSolutions extensively tracked each and every link within each EDM sent out to give the client true statistics for their KPI on each campaign. ComnetSolutions was contracted to maintain the Client’s database. As their target database was huge, ComnetSolutions had the task of maintaining their invalid & unsubscriber list. The client was updated periodically on a cleaned up database for them to better maintain it.
