Veolia Water’s management came to ComnetSolutions with the issue of a tiresome manual process of handling the multiple travelling requests of their stuff internally.
Client required a Travel Request System which would enable their staff to apply for Travel requests hassle free.

ComnetSolutions was appointed to design and develop a system for them. Besides users being able to submit their request online now, the system also had a workflow approval system developed to ensure the higher management could also give approval online for the different types if travel requests.

Line managers and higher management were able to view pending requests of the staff and approve the request through the system. Email notifications were also integrated so that Applicants and Approvers were updated on the travel request status through the approval workflow.
ComnetSolutions also assisted in providing alternatives and tweaking to the system as the development process went on.
